As far as I know, the pearl paints are a 3 stage process: Base color (this will be the deciding factor, whether cream, or whiter,) pearl coat, clear coat. The pearl flakes themselves should be similar.. I haven't heard pearl coats having different tints to it. The difference you noted is probably in the base coat. That being said, if you have the choice/funds, I would go with the Arctic. It'll have more blue-ish tint which is what you're shooting for, not to mention you'll have an easier time color matching in the future, if you were to get more exterior parts. Also note that with the KH6 Glacier white, aside from the fading in the color from aging, the mixture formula actually varies throughout the year. i.e. if you look up KH6 at a reputable paint shop, they will have different mixture ounces for each year as they vary slightly. I recently had my '94 KH6 painted with a buddy who has a '93 KH6, and his was lot yellower all throughout the body. Both of us had original paint, both coastal cars.
